Bankers Trust Company is seeking a Consumer Services Representative (CSR) in Clive, IA. This full-time role involves handling deposits, withdrawals, and various banking transactions while informing customers about products and promotions. The CSR will work in a fast-paced environment and may assist with training and customer issue resolution.

Typical hours are 7:30 a.m. to 5:45 p.m., Monday through Friday, with at least two Saturdays per month.

Qualifications

• Front-line banking role experience is helpful.
• Ability to identify customers and explain banking products clearly.
• Proven cash handling and accuracy in daily transactions.

Responsibilities

• Process deposits and withdrawals, check cashing and payments.
• Balance cash drawer and follow cash-handling procedures.
• Open and secure bank premises at closing.
• Update customer information in Core System.
• Assist with training of new employees.
• Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly.
• Follow policies related to Audit Controls and Sales Ethics Roadmap.
