Bankers Trust is seeking a Consumer Services Representative in Cedar Rapids, IA. This full-time role focuses on delivering exceptional customer service, accurate transaction processing, and identifying referral opportunities for cross-selling bank products.

Responsibilities include cash handling, daily balancing, branch banking operations, and guiding customers through deposits, withdrawals, and product inquiries.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to problem solve and work in a team.
• Accurate cash handling and 10-key proficiency preferred.
• Knowledge of federal regulations related to banking preferred.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Process cash transactions and maintain cash drawer.
• Balance cash drawer daily and batch checks.
• Scan and process daily transactions.
• Cross-sell bank products when appropriate.
• Open/close bank and vault procedures as required.
• Answer customer inquiries about rates and policies.
• Train new employees and answer coworker questions.
• Identify referral opportunities and refer to relationship bankers when needed.
