The Teller will operate computer terminals to manage account activity, assist customers, and balance the cash drawer daily. A high school diploma or GED and strong communication skills are required.

Responsibilities

• Receive deposits for retail and commercial accounts with proper documentation.
• Cash checks and process withdrawals and loan payments.
• Operate computer terminals to process account activity and resolve issues.
• Issue official checks and process deposits and change orders.
• Cross-sell Bank products and refer customers to staff.
• Handle night depository duties and vault balancing as needed.
• Provide excellent customer service and resolve issues within authority.
• Process payments such as FICA payments, traveler’s checks, ATM deposits.
