Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED with 1 year of related experience or training.
• Basic typing skills to meet production needs.
• Basic math skills: add, subtract, balance accounts and currency counts.
• Effective oral, written and interpersonal communication with customers.
• Ability to handle routine problems in standardized situations.
• Good organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to work with general supervision.
• Georgia driver’s license and vehicle if required.

Responsibilities

• Receive checking and savings deposits and issue receipts.
• Cash checks, withdrawals, and make cash advances within limits.
• Operate computer terminal to process activity and balances.
• Issue official checks and handle deposits for night depository.
• Cross-sell bank products and refer customers to specialists.
• Balance cash drawer daily and prepare for vault deposits.
• Accept loan and installment payments and service customers.
• Provide customer service and resolve issues within authority.
