Qualifications

• Strong oral and written communication abilities with customers and staff.
• Ability to work under general supervision and manage time effectively.
• Current Georgia driver’s license and vehicle if required for duties.

Responsibilities

• Receives retail and commercial checking and savings deposits and issues receipts.
• Cashes checks, withdrawals, and makes change; ensures proper authorization.
• Operates computer terminals to process transactions and resolve issues.
• Issues official checks; balances cash drawer daily.
• Cross-sells bank products and refers customers to appropriate staff.
• Assists with night depository duties and vault procedures as needed.
• Accepts loan and installment payments and handles deposits accurately.
• Provides courteous service and resolves problems within authority.
