Job summary

Seacoast Bank seeks a customer-focused associate to handle a wide range of transactions, provide product information, and deliver an exceptional customer experience.

You will build relationships, balance cash drawers, and identify referral opportunities while maintaining high standards of honesty and professionalism. Flexibility to work weekends and non-bank hours is required, with bilingual English/Spanish preferred.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum of 6 months cash handling experience required.
• Minimum of 6 months previous experience in retail sales and/or financial services experience preferred.
• Bilingual English/Spanish skills preferred.
• Flexible schedule required with ability to work during hours of operations, including weekends and occasional non-bank operational hours.
• Demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Able to work independently and exercise a high degree of initiative.

Responsibilities

• Process checks, cash and negotiable instrument transactions.
• Balance cash drawers daily and monitor own work for accuracy.
• Provide product and service information to customers.
• Proactively identify and refer sales opportunities to support goals.
• Adhere to AML/BSA requirements and bank policies.
• Resolve customer concerns promptly and professionally.
