As the Customer Acquisition Manager, you are the strategic architect behind our initial customer engagement and the primary driver of new customer growth. You will lead a dedicated team responsible for guiding prospects from initial discovery through their first successful purchase, ensuring a cohesive and compelling journey. WHAT YOU'LL DO

As the Customer Acquisition Manager, you will lead our efforts to strategically attract and convert new customers, while shaping our brand identity:

  • Team Leadership & Development : Directly manage a team responsible for:
  • Conducting discovery calls to understand customer needs
  • Delivering compelling demonstrations of value to customers
  • Management of accounts leading to their first purchase
  • Performing “First Purchase Follow-Ups” to ensure satisfaction
  • Seamlessly handing the customer off to their dedicated account owner
  • Create Acquisition Funnels: Design, build, and continuously optimize multi-channel acquisition funnels that seamlessly guide prospects from initial interest to first purchase, leveraging digital and human touchpoints.
  • Acquisition Throughput: Analyze and improve the efficiency and speed of our customer acquisition process, identifying bottlenecks and implementing solutions to maximize throughput and reduce time-to-conversion.
  • Brand Look / Feel: Maintain and evolve HEXA's brand guidelines, ensuring a consistent, compelling, and professional look and feel across all customer-facing materials and initial interactions.
  • Marketing Collateral: Lead the development, production, and distribution of high-impact marketing collateral (e.g., presentations, brochures, digital content, sales enablement tools) that effectively communicates our value proposition and supports the sales team.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Proven experience (3+ years) in a leadership or senior role focused on customer acquisition, marketing, or sales operations, ideally in a B2B environment.
  • Demonstrated success in designing, implementing, and optimizing customer acquisition funnels.
  • Strong understanding of brand management principles and the creation of effective marketing collateral.
  • Exceptional analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills with a passion for team development.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • A problem-solving mindset that finds solutions, not just answers.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
  • Experience with CRM and marketing automation platforms.
