Starting pay is $18 per hour with a potential to rise to $20 per hour, plus performance-based increases and benefits. Shifts run 7 days a week across 7am–5pm, 9am–7pm or 11am–9pm.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in customer-facing roles (required)
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to read, write, and understand English

Responsibilities

• Deliver vehicles to customers' doors via hauler; training provided
• Load/unload vehicles; inspect hauler for safe operation
• Complete customer paperwork and notes in tracking system
• Maintain safe driving record per Carvana policies
