Job summary

Carvana is hiring Customer Advocates in Bellevue, NE to deliver vehicles to customers and support the car-buying experience with a strong emphasis on safety and service. The role requires physical work, driving, and keeping thorough records while representing the brand in a fast-growing environment.

The position features an starting hourly rate of $18 with opportunities to progress to $20 per hour based on performance, and a merit-based pay program that can raise pay every 90 days.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of customer-facing experience.
• Must be able to read, write, speak and understand English.
• Ability to perform physically demanding tasks as part of a customer delivery role.

Responsibilities

• Deliver vehicles to customers' doors using Carvana haulers.
• Load/unload vehicles onto the hauler and perform safety inspections.
• Complete customer paperwork and document interactions in the tracking system.
• Drive safely and maintain a clean driving record per policy.
