Modivcare is seeking a Customer Advocate/ Dispatcher to engage transportation providers, respond to inquiries, resolve complaints, and deliver superior service to internal and external stakeholders. The role involves scheduling, data accuracy, and collaboration across teams.

The position emphasizes clear communication, active listening, and the ability to manage high call volumes in a fast-paced environment. A GED or high school diploma is required, with 0+ years of experience welcomed.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Zero or more years of experience; or equivalent education/experience.
• Strong verbal and written communication; friendly and customer-focused.
• Active listening and understanding customer needs.
• Basic computer proficiency with MS Word, Excel, Outlook.

Responsibilities

• Assist transportation providers with questions and concerns about services.
• Schedule, modify, and cancel reservations as needed.
• Document and obtain details of complaints or incidents.
• Record provider concerns accurately and efficiently.
• Input complete and accurate trip data.
• Escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate department.
• Support documentation of trip corrections, mileage/cost adjustments, and cancellations.
• Answer calls on the Transportation Provider line.
• Participate in meetings and other assigned projects.
