ModivCare Solutions, LLC is hiring an Exception Specialist I to ensure accurate fulfillment and approval of transportation service requests and reservations, before or after transport. You will work with internal and external resources, and contact members, facilities, and clients as needed.

The role requires excellent customer service, quick learning of new systems, and the ability to follow complex instructions. A High School Diploma is required, with salary in a defined range.
