Modivcare is seeking a Dispatcher / Customer Advocate in Greenville, SC to provide superior transportation provider support. You will address inquiries, schedule, modify, or cancel reservations, and escalate issues as needed while ensuring accurate documentation.

Responsibilities include handling provider concerns, documenting incidents, and maintaining data accuracy. The role requires composure under high call volumes and a customer-focused attitude to deliver exceptional service.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 0+ years of experience or equivalent education/experience.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills with a customer-focused demeanor.
• Basic computer proficiency with MS Word, Excel, and Outlook.

Responsibilities

• Assist Transportation Providers with scheduling and reservations.
• Modify or cancel reservations per provider requests.
• Document and investigate complaints with detailed records.
• Respond to provider inquiries via the call line with professionalism.
