Job summary

Carvana is seeking enthusiastic Customer Advocates in Tolleson to deliver happiness in the car-buying process. With at least 2 years of customer-facing experience, you’ll join a fast-growing team and start at $20/hr with pathways to $22/hr and further growth through performance-based programs.

You'll drive company haulers to customers, load/unload vehicles, complete paperwork, and maintain a safe driving record. This on-site role offers benefits, overtime in peak seasons, and ongoing training.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of customer-facing experience.
• Must be able to read, write, speak and understand English.
• Physically capable of loading/unloading vehicles and detailing as needed.
• Must be 21+ years old and hold a valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Deliver vehicles to customers’ doors using haulers with full training provided.
• Load/unload vehicles onto the hauler and inspect for safe operation.
• Complete customer paperwork and add notes in the tracking system.
• Drive safely and maintain a clean driving record per Carvana policy.
