Job summary

Carvana is seeking Customer Advocates to deliver happiness through a high-energy front-line role. You will hand-deliver vehicles to customers, participate in loading and unloading, and keep accurate notes in our system.

A Notary license is a plus, with path to obtain within 90 days, and a strong emphasis on safety and customer service. Starting pay is $22/hr, with growth to $24/hr and periodic raises based on performance; full-time, 7am-5pm or 11am-9pm shifts, 4-day work week, with rotating days

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of customer-facing experience.
• Ability to communicate effectively with customers and team members.
• Must be able to read, write, and understand English.

Responsibilities

• Deliver vehicles to customers' doors using Carvana-haulers and training provided.
• Load/unload vehicles on haulers and inspect vehicle safety.
• Complete customer paperwork and notes in tracking system.
• Maintain safe driving record and comply with CMV Driver Qualification policy.
