Job summary

Carvana is seeking energetic Customer Advocates in Tolleson, AZ. Ideal candidates have at least 2 years in customer-facing roles and can handle physical duties such as loading vehicles. You’ll contribute to a seamless car-buying experience and represent a fast-growing automotive retailer.

Starting pay is $20/hour with growth opportunities up to $22/hour based on performance. Benefits include health coverage, retirement options, and PTO.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of customer-facing experience.
• Must be able to read, write, speak English.
• Able to perform physically demanding tasks including lifting up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Deliver vehicles directly to customers' doors using Carvana haulers.
• Load/unload vehicles onto haulers and inspect for safety.
