Job summary

Carvana seeks Customer Advocates to deliver happiness in the car-buying process. Based in Lorain, OH, you will drive vehicles to customers, load/unload at the hauler, and complete paperwork while maintaining a safe driving record.

The role offers an hourly starting rate of $19 with growth to $22.25, plus extensive benefits such as 401(k) with match, healthcare, and generous PTO. Training is provided for new hires and advancement opportunities exist.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of customer-facing experience.
• Notary in local jurisdiction within 90 days of employment (sponsored by Carvana).
• Willing to work varied shifts, including weekend days.

Responsibilities

• Deliver vehicles to customers' doors using car haulers with training provided.
• Load/unload vehicles onto the hauler and inspect the vehicle for safety.
• Complete customer paperwork and maintain notes in the tracking system.
• Drive safely and maintain a clean driving record per CMV Driver Qualification policy.
