What is your role?

As a Customer Advocate, you’ll be responsible for the overall experience, providing wireless and entertainment solutions to our in-store and at-home guests.

Duties and Responsibilities
  • Increase sales to meet monthly goals individually and as a team
  • Welcome guests professionally in-store, on the phone, and in the field
  • Provide excellent guest experience and recommend appropriate products and solutions
  • Develop and maintain community relationships
  • Assist in marketing efforts to promote new business
  • Assist with retail merchandising, inventory, and cashier duties
  • Interact with integrity and respect
  • Troubleshoot wireless products
  • Perform other duties as assigned
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent; 2-year/associate’s degree preferred
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Positive, motivated, professional attitude
  • Basic tech skills
  • Experience in sales, hospitality, restaurant, or service industry preferred
  • Flexible schedule including days, evenings, weekends
  • Reliable transportation and good driving record
  • Pass background check; good references
  • Ability to sit, stand, walk, reach, bend, and lift lightly to moderately
