Job summary

ASSA ABLOY Fenestration is seeking a Customer Account Representative in Rochester, NY to build and maintain key business relationships. Qualifications

• High School Diploma required, A.S. degree preferred.
• Experience in customer service, account management, or order management in manufacturing or distribution is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Enter orders with accuracy using knowledge of product and stocking locations by customer.
• Resolve inquiries about order status, product and pricing for customers and sales.
• Expedite orders with internal departments to ensure product availability and timely shipment.
• Initiate debits/credits from customer feedback and follow up on Return Goods Authorizations.
• Log all quality issues and work with departments on customer issues.
