ASSA ABLOY Fenestration, Rochester, NY, is seeking a Customer Account Representative to build strong relationships with key accounts and manage orders and inquiries from customers and sales teams. This role requires precise data handling and proactive communication to ensure timely delivery.

The CAR will partner with Engineering, Supply Chain, and Finance to resolve issues, maintain up‑to‑date customer profiles, and support business processes in a fast‑paced environment.

Formación

• 2–5 years of customer service, account management, or order management experience.
• Experience in manufacturing or distribution environment preferred.
• Strong communication and analytical problem‑solving skills.

Responsabilidades

• Enter orders with accuracy on product and stocking locations.
• Resolve email/phone inquiries on order status, product and pricing.
• Expedite orders with internal teams to ensure availability and timely shipment.
• Log quality issues and coordinate with departments on customer needs.
• Set up new item numbers or customer cross-references with Engineering & Sales.
