• Enter pickups in BOS, MyAIT, and McLeod systems.
• Track, trace, and provide updates in all systems.
• Work with outside carriers for quotes and proposals.
• Respond to emails in shared mailboxes.
• Transfer loads to billing for required PPW.
• Process and approve daily vendor invoices.
• Cover other positions in the department when on PTO.
• Handle customer issues and concerns.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
