CRST The Transportation Solution in Fort Wayne, IN is seeking an Account Administrator to respond to inquiries, manage customer relationships, and ensure service quality. You will work standard hours Mon-Fri, 9:00 am to 6:00 pm, at 7310 Innovation Blvd.

Responsibilities

• Enter pickups in BOS, MyAIT, and McLeod systems.
• Track, trace, and provide updates in all systems.
• Coordinate with outside carriers for quotes and proposals.
• Respond to emails in shared inboxes.
• Transfer loads to billing for PPW.
• Process and approve daily vendor invoices.
• Cover other dept positions during PTO.
• Handle customer issues and concerns.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
