Job summary

Aaron’s is seeking a Customer Accounts Advisor in Jacksonville, FL. You will coach customers, drive lease payments, and renewals while building strong relationships over the phone and in person. This role supports the sales team and contributes to ownership goals.

Qualifications

• Two years of retail or customer service experience preferred.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• High energy with the ability to multitask effectively.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and update customer information in the store computer system.
• Directly contact customers who have not renewed lease agreements.
• Sell customers on the benefits of timely lease renewals and payments.
• Assist Customer Account Manager in achieving revenue and renewal goals.
• Support merchandise returns and drive customer satisfaction.
