Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Manages customer orders, changes, and cancellations via phone, fax, or electronic communication.
• Negotiates price, delivery terms, and shipping charges while aiming to maximize profit margins.
• Identifies vendors for non-stock products and coordinates pricing with suppliers and purchasing.
• Oversees large scale customer projects to ensure timely delivery and availability.
• Provides product and technical information, pricing, delivery, and tracking support to customers.
• Works with operations, finance, and sales to ensure accurate billing and inventory levels.
