Job summary

SWARCO McCain is seeking an Account Administrator to handle routine customer inquiries, order processing, and correspondence on complaints, deliveries, and terms. You will acknowledge orders, advise on substitutions and status, and manage associated project folders and documentation.

Preference is given to candidates with experience in construction or electrical sales, strong communication, and the ability to read plans.

Qualifications

• Minimum of a high school diploma or GED.
• 2+ years of customer service experience.
• Experience in construction or electrical sales is strongly preferred.
• Technical product aptitude is a plus.
• Ability to read building plans or specifications is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Communicate with assigned accounts and provide updates on deliveries and terms.
• Process sales orders and revisions; handle returns (RMA) when needed.
• Acknowledge orders, advise on substitutions and status; manage correspondence.
• Create and organize project folders and documentation (Plans, Addenda).
• Prepare inspection documents for Caltrans and City of Los Angeles.
