We are seeking a detailed-oriented Accounts Receivable Assistant to join our team. In this role, you will support the finance team with billing, payment processing, customer account management, and compliance-related documentation. Essential Duties And Responsibilities

• Create new customer accounts.
• Prepare and send preliminary notices in accordance with contractual and statutory requirements.

Physical Conditions / Requirements

• Hearing requirements: Ability to hear people over the telephone and in person; hear noises in surrounding areas, i.e., forklifts in the warehouse for safety purposes.
• Vision requirements: Ability to see information in print and/or electronically.
