Responsibilities

• Manage customer orders, changes, and cancellations via phone, fax, or electronic communication.
• Determine, communicate, and negotiate pricing, delivery terms, and shipping instructions.
• Coordinate with purchasing to place orders and with operations to ensure inventory and delivery.
• Provide product and technical information, support, and tracking of shipments.
• Act as main contact between customer and internal departments to ensure satisfaction.
• Identify up-sell opportunities and suggest alternatives when requested products aren’t available.
