Relay Resources is seeking a Customer Relations Manager – SCS to cultivate and maintain relationships with customers and manage the Supply Chain Solutions Orders team. Focus is on delivering high-quality service, adherence to standards, and clear communication about customers’ needs and orders.

The role leads the order entry team, coordinates onboarding, manages contracts and SLAs, and collaborates with internal partners to expand services while ensuring customer satisfaction and retention.

Qualifications

• 3 to 5 years’ customer service experience with supervision.
• Experience preparing customer invoices or billing.
• Ability to lead the SCS customer relations team.
• Detail oriented with multiple priorities.
• Strong communication skills.
• Experience interacting with diverse groups including adults with disabilities.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Grow and maintain relationships with existing customers.
• Coordinate onboarding of new customers and handoffs.
• Understand contracts, pricing, and SLAs for service delivery.
• Manage accounts receivable invoices and billing processes.
• Lead order entry team and ensure timely processing of orders.
