United States Cold Storage, Inc. in Tulare, CA is seeking a detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join the Customer Accounts team.

You will support warehouse operations, process inbound/outbound activity, prepare reports, and maintain documentation with accuracy and professionalism. The role requires 1–3 years of experience, strong communication skills, and proficiency with AS400, SAP, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma, GED or equivalent.
• 1–3 years experience preferred.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Experience with AS400, SAP, Word, Excel and PowerPoint preferred.
• Experience with warehouse paperwork preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist in meeting customer service requirements and build strong customer relationships.
• Provide administrative support to warehouse operations and process inbound/outbound activity.
• Monitor inventory control functions and support recall, reports, and record keeping.
• Assist in training new office staff.
• Collaborate with IT to maximize use of office systems.
• Ensure safety, sanitation, and compliance with regulations.
• Support accounts payable/receivable and other office duties.
• Develop relationships across the USCS team and lead when needed.
• Cross-train for Saturday rotations.
