Qualifications

• Customer service oriented.
• Familiar with and able to interpret packing slips.
• Use a WMS to process and track the flow of goods coming and going from the warehouse.

Responsibilities

• Communicate effectively with carriers and other contacts regarding inbound/outbound movements.
• Enter product data accurately into the system from carrier/customer paperwork.
• Generate and review bill documentation for shipments and verify driver paperwork.
• Identify and report shortages, overages, defective materials, or questionable conditions to supervision.
