Qualifications

• High School Diploma, GED or equivalent.
• 1–3 years work experience preferred.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Experience with AS400, SAP, Word, Excel and PowerPoint preferred.
• Experience with warehouse paperwork preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist in meeting customer service requirements and build strong relationships.
• Provide administrative support to warehouse operations and respond to requests professionally.
• Monitor inventory control, product rotation, recalls, and record keeping.
• Assist in training new office staff.
• Collaborate with IT to maximize use of office systems and suggest improvements.
• Ensure office sanitation, safety and security compliance.
• Support reporting, accounts payable/receivable and other office functions.
• Develop positive working relationships across the USCS team and communicate as needed.
