The Aaron’s Company, Inc. is seeking a Customer Accounts Advisor in Memphis. This role focuses on driving payment collections and lease agreement renewals, building customer relationships, and supporting ownership goals.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years old in the US.
• Valid state driver’s license and clean driving record.
• DOT certification as required by location.
• Ability to work 8:00 am–9:00 pm shifts.
• Lift up to 50 lbs. unaided and up to 300 lbs. with assistance.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Customer Accounts Manager in setting and achieving revenue and renewal goals.
• Maintain accurate customer account records in the store system.
• Build strong customer relationships to support ownership goals and drive sales.
• Manage collections and renewals by counseling customers by phone or home visits.
• Assist with merchandise returns and guest deliveries as directed.
