An established industry player is seeking a Customer Accounts Advisor to build strong relationships with customers and drive lease agreement renewals. The hourly range for this position is $12.25 to $13.00. This position is also eligible for incentive pay based on performance.
Aaron’s Customer Account Advisors serve as coaches to our customers, driving payment collections and lease agreement renewals by understanding lease agreement benefits and ensuring customers are 100% satisfied with the product. As a Customer Account Advisor, you will build relationships with our customers over the phone and face-to-face to help bring them one step closer to ownership.
Customer Account Advisors should connect well with people, demonstrate empathy, listen attentively, explain clearly, and navigate difficult conversations successfully. Strong multi-tasking, organizational, negotiation, and persuasion skills are essential.
