Magnetics, a division of Spang & Company, is hiring a Customer Account Coordinator in Pittsburgh, PA. You will handle pricing, delivery info, quotations, and orders in the IFS ERP system while supporting Sales Engineers and various internal teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field.
• Experience in sales or customer service is preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide customers with pricing and delivery information.
• Create and process quotations and orders in IFS ERP.
• Send customer confirmations, delivery notes and invoices.
• Expedite customer orders and resolve customer concerns.
• Coordinate with Sales Engineers and internal departments to ensure accurate order processing.
