The Pictsweet Company is hiring a Customer Account Representative at our Bells, TN corporate headquarters to process orders, handle inquiries, and fulfill customer requests. You will support and elevate operations by ensuring accurate order entry, timely responses to customers, and effective communication with brokers, warehouses and internal teams.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in business or related field preferred.
• Proficiency in Word & Excel.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Aufgaben

• Receive, process, edit and monitor customer orders via EDI, fax or phone.
• Analyze customer inventory and create replenishment orders (VMI).
• Ensure high level of service for customers and resolve issues.
• Communicate with company personnel, brokers, customers and warehouses.
• Monitor customer requirements and minimize deductions or penalties.
• Edit and mail invoices; expedite billing process.
