Responsibilities

• Prepare customer quotes, proposals, and pricing information.
• Process orders, change requests, and supporting documentation.
• Monitor production schedules and expedite orders to meet delivery requirements.
• Track shipments and coordinate deliveries to meet customer needs.
• Partner with purchasing to manage customer-specific inventory.
• Prepare reports and maintain records for orders, inventory, projects, and activity.
• Review purchase orders for pricing, specifications, and delivery requirements.
• Maintain accurate files and use Amtech and Office for tasks.
