Job summary

Webco Industries, Inc. in Muskogee, OK is seeking a Customer Account Representative to serve as the primary contact for external slit customers, coordinating with Material Planning and Operations.

You will manage orders, invoicing, and shipping from the Muskogee plant, ensuring inventory levels meet customer needs while maintaining data accuracy in SAP. The role requires strong scheduling, analytical, and communication skills, with experience in manufacturing environments and proficiency in SAP

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong working knowledge of manufacturing flow and production processes.
• Proficiency in SAP and Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Word, Outlook, Access).
• Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
• Ability to lead others and make sound decisions in a fast-paced environment.
• Prior experience in production scheduling, planning, operations, or expediting within a manufacturing environment.
• College coursework or degree in business, operations, supply chain, or related field.
• Experience in metals manufacturing or similar industrial environment.
• Prior leadership or supervisory experience.

Responsibilities

• Coordination and management of communications between the Customer, Raw Material Planning, and Operations.
• Receives Webco and customer master coils into SAP upon arrival.
• Creates slit work orders for Webco’s external customers.
• Maintains scheduling agreements with customer requirements to provide excellent customer service and meet shipping needs.
• Posts and invoices all customer shipped material.
• Reviews all aged coils and mults monthly and works with the customer to properly disposition materials.
• Creates and maintains transport orders from Muskogee to Oklahoma Carbon.
• Works with carriers to schedule outbound trucks for slit mults shipping to Oklahoma Carbon.
• Creates all necessary truck paperwork while on shift and maintains records.
• Coordinates scrap pickups.
• Understands Webco’s mission, goals, objectives, organizational structure, and product base.
