Billtrust is seeking an experienced Customer Account Executive (Enterprise) to lead efforts in managing and expanding relationships with our largest and most strategic customers. In this role, you will navigate complex enterprise sales cycles focused on upselling and cross-selling our SaaS order-to-cash solutions. Your ability to influence C-level stakeholders, align cross-functional teams, and deliver tailored, high-impact value will be essential to success.

Responsibilities include:

  • Managing and growing relationships within existing enterprise accounts, identifying opportunities for expansion.
  • Leading strategic conversations with VP and C-suite stakeholders across various departments.
  • Delivering tailored presentations and product demonstrations.
  • Collaborating with Customer Success, Implementation, Product, and Marketing teams.
  • Creating strategic account plans aligned with client needs.
  • Understanding enterprise IT landscapes, data security, ERP systems, and compliance standards.
  • Providing feedback to influence product development and service improvements.
  • Navigating procurement, contracts, and multi-phase implementations.

Qualifications:

  • At least 3 years of experience in enterprise sales, preferably in SaaS or FinTech.
  • Proven success managing large deal sizes ($150K–$1M+ ARR).
  • Experience selling SaaS platforms into complex organizations.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to influence senior leaders.
  • Knowledge of enterprise ERPs (SAP, Oracle, NetSuite) is preferred.
  • Familiarity with sales methodologies like MEDDIC or Challenger.
  • Proficiency with CRM tools like Salesforce.
  • Willingness to travel up to 20%.

The estimated salary range is $80,000 - $100,000 annually, with potential incentives and bonuses. We encourage candidates from diverse backgrounds to apply, even if they don't meet every qualification.
