Billtrust is seeking an experienced Customer Account Executive (Corporate) to manage and expand relationships with our established mid-market and corporate customers. In this role, you’ll drive revenue growth by identifying upsell and cross-sell opportunities across our SaaS order-to-cash solutions. Building trust with stakeholders, navigating sales cycles, and delivering tailored value are key to success.

You’ll work with organizations that have growing AR and payments needs, multi-location operations, and evolving finance and IT environments. Your role is to strengthen partnerships by uncovering new opportunities aligned with customer goals.

  • Manage and grow relationships within an assigned portfolio, driving expansion and increased product adoption.
  • Lead strategic conversations with senior stakeholders in Finance, IT, and Procurement.
  • Deliver product presentations and demos tailored to industry and customer needs.
  • Partner with Customer Success, Implementation, Product, and Marketing teams.
  • Develop and execute account plans aligned with customer goals.
  • Understand customer operational environments, including ERP systems and workflows.
  • Share customer insights internally to inform product strategy.
  • Support contract renewals and lead negotiations.

What You'll Bring:

  • 3+ years managing corporate or mid-market B2B customer relationships, preferably in SaaS or FinTech.
  • Proven success in exceeding targets through upselling and product expansion.
  • Experience selling SaaS platforms with deal sizes in the $50K–$250K ARR range.
  • Knowledge of AR, payments, or financial workflows is preferred.
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to influence senior leaders.
  • Experience developing account strategies and leading cross-functional efforts.
  • Familiarity with ERPs like NetSuite or Microsoft Dynamics is a plus.
  • Proficiency with sales methodologies and CRM tools like Salesforce.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
  • Willingness to travel up to 20% for meetings.

The base salary range is $80,000 - $100,000 annually, with potential incentives like equity or bonuses depending on qualifications and location.
