Colonial Group is seeking a Customer Account Coordinator to join our OEI team. The role focuses on sales, product, and order support for a defined OEI Sales group, handling pre-sales quotes, pricing, and post-sales logistics with internal partners.

As CAC, you will liaise across departments to coordinate transportation, delivery, and timely resolutions of quality issues, leveraging knowledge of OEI Systems, Desk, and Seating products to deliver excellent service.

Formación

• Associate's or Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Two+ years of customer service, sales support, or project management experience preferred.
• Proficiency with BPCS, Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, eSpec, and SAP.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and provide comprehensive quotes for OEI products, including Seating, Systems, and Desking, using eSpec and required platforms.
• Create, review, and validate product checklists to ensure accuracy before order processing.
• Support the mock-up process, including approval, review, installation, and final disposition.
• Coordinate freight quotes, color matches, sample requests, testing requests, COM/KOM requirements, pricing, and approvals.
• Provide product pricing, technical support, and training for OEI products and services.
• Review and process order specials, submit requests as required, and coordinate drawing approvals with customers.
• Coordinate expedited lead times with Production, Custom Options, Design, and Transportation teams as needed.
• Manage delivery and installation schedule changes with installers after order release.
• Review, process, and manage order changes and cancellations after entry.
• Process and administer billing activities for consignment programs.
