Job summary

Krueger International (KI) in Green Bay, WI, seeks a Customer Account Coordinator to join the OEI team. The CAC handles sales, product and order support for assigned account groups, including pre-sales quotes and post-sales coordination of transportation and delivery.

You will work with OEI Systems, Desk and Seating products, using tools like eSpec and SAP to provide pricing, support and training, and you will manage changes, cancellations and billing for consignments.

Qualifications

• Associate's or Bachelor's degree, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Two or more years of customer service, sales support, or project management experience preferred.
• Proficiency with BPCS, Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, eSpec, and SAP.

Responsibilities

• Develop quotes for OEI products, including Seating, Systems, and Desking, using eSpec and other platforms.
• Create, review, and validate product checklists prior to order processing.
• Coordinate freight quotes, color matches, sample requests, testing, COM/KOM requirements, pricing and approvals.
• Provide pricing, technical support, and training for OEI products and services.
• Review and process order specials; coordinate drawing approvals with customers.
• Coordinate expedited lead times with Production, Custom Options, Design, and Transportation.
• Manage delivery and installation schedule changes with installers after order release.
• Review, process, and manage order changes and cancellations after entry.
• Process and administer billing activities for consignment programs.
