The ideal candidate will have over 2 years of experience in customer service, with an emphasis on call center experience. The position offers starting wages of $22.00 per hour and includes low premium medical benefits.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2+ years of experience in a call center position or relevant customer service experience working with complex or custom products.
• Basic level experience with Microsoft Office programs (Word, Excel) and other enterprise software.
• Bilingual a plus.

Responsibilities

• Interact with customers via incoming calls to provide and process information for product quotations.
• Maintain documentation of customer interactions utilizing various proprietary software applications.
• Manage a call center queue focused on achieving high customer service standards.
• Communicate effectively with Customer Service team members and cross-functionally with other departments.
• Resolve customer concerns and complaints by determining the cause and finding solutions.
