Job summary

NVIDIA is seeking a Senior Custom SOC/IP Verification Engineer to verify the next generation SoC and IP solutions. You will work across Architecture, SW/FW, Design, Modeling, Emulation, and Post-Silicon Validation teams to ensure comprehensive first-time-right verification plans and execution.

This role focuses on cache coherency protocols, AMBA-based interconnects (AXI, ACE, CHI), and requires SystemVerilog, UVM, and C++ expertise for testbenches and verification methodologies.

Qualifications

• B.S. or M.S. in Computer or Electrical Engineering or equivalent.
• 5+ years in ASIC verification with cache coherency focus.
• Strong SystemVerilog and UVM knowledge; AMBA (AXI/ACE/CHI) experience.
• SoC architectures, memory models, and CPU-cache interactions.

Responsibilities

• Verify ASIC design blocks with emphasis on cache coherency and memory hierarchies.
• Develop test plans for cache coherency verification in UVM environments.
• Build constrained-random and directed SystemVerilog testbenches for multi-level caches.
• Collaborate with Architecture, SW/FW, Design, Modeling, Emulation, and Post-Silicon teams.
• Advance silicon and platform verification strategies and methodologies.
