Job summary

Coastal Pools LLC is seeking a Sales & Design Consultant to turn client visions into stunning 2D/3D pool designs and enforce a white‑glove experience from first meeting through contract.

You will own the client relationship, assess site details, present compelling proposals, and deliver accurate quotes while coordinating with production for a smooth handoff. Experience with Structure Studios is preferred.

Qualifications

• Consultative selling — you understand needs and close with a tailored value proposition.
• Design proficiency — you create compelling 2D/3D designs (Structure Studios).
• Product knowledge — deep understanding of pool options, features, and construction basics.
• Proposal & quoting accuracy — you build precise, complete quotes.
• Communication & presentation — you present with impact and handle objections.
• Customer experience — you deliver a white‑glove experience that earns referrals.
• Pipeline ownership — you manage your customers and follow‑up in JobTread.

Responsibilities

• Engage customers in person, by phone, and email to understand their pool-related needs.
• Answer inquiries with detailed information on options, features, and pricing; address concerns and objections.
• Meet with clients to understand preferences, requirements, and budget; gather site information (topography, structures, utilities).
• Develop creative pool design concepts that align with client preferences and site constraints.
• Use design software (Structure Studios) to create detailed 2D and 3D renderings.
• Integrate landscaping and hardscaping; incorporate client feedback into revisions.
• Create and deliver compelling, customized sales presentations that highlight unique value.
• Prepare accurate, detailed quotes including all relevant costs; tailor proposals to the customer.
• Clearly articulate the value proposition and close the sale.
• Coordinate with production and service for a seamless customer experience and clean handoff.
• Communicate customer expectations and specifications to relevant teams.
• Stay current on industry trends, products, and design innovations; provide expert advice.
