Job summary

Uline Kenosha is seeking a Custom Orders Representative at our Kenosha Branch to support custom and drop ship orders, acting as a liaison between customers and vendors to deliver an exceptional experience. In this on-site role you’ll use collaborative call-center tools, review artwork for production readiness, and help customers with inquiries while leveraging our health benefits and growth opportunities.

Ideal candidates have a high school diploma, 2+ years in customer service and familiarity

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 2+ years of relevant customer service experience.
• Experience with Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop preferred.

Responsibilities
