Job Details

Our company is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Project Manager to join our dynamic team. This role is pivotal in managing high-end, luxury residential construction projects, particularly in the Palm Beach area. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in construction project management, with a specific focus on luxury residential properties. This is an excellent opportunity to work with a dedicated team of professionals in a fast-paced, rewarding environment. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to lead teams and manage projects from inception to completion, ensuring high-quality results that meet our clients\' expectations.

Responsibilities

• Overseeing and managing all aspects of luxury residential construction projects from start to finish.
• Leading and managing a team of professionals to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
• Collaborating with architects, engineers, and other construction professionals to determine project specifications.
• Navigating the Palm Beach permitting process to ensure all projects comply with local regulations.
• Developing project schedules and budgets, and ensuring they are adhered to.
• Resolving any issues or delays that may arise during the construction process.
• Communicating effectively with clients, team members, and stakeholders to keep them informed of project progress.
• Ensuring all work is completed to the highest standard of quality.

Qualifications

• A minimum of 5 years of experience in construction project management, with a specific focus on luxury residential properties.
• Proven experience in leading and managing a team of professionals.
• Extensive knowledge of the Palm Beach permitting process and local construction regulations.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with clients, team members, and stakeholders.

• Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• A degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
