Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience in custom home building, residential construction estimating, or interior selections/design.
• Strong understanding of building materials, finishes, and construction sequencing.
• Comfortable reading plans and specs.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication skills — you’ll be a key point of contact for clients.
• Proficiency with estimating/PM software (Buildertrend experience a plus).

What You’ll Do
