Job summary

The Michaels Companies Inc. in Stafford, VA is seeking a Store Staff member to help customers find products, create custom framing solutions, and deliver a memorable shopping experience. You will operate the cash register, stock shelves, and maintain a clean, in-stock store environment.

Team members are expected to follow SOPs, support safety programs, and assist with truck unloading and restocking. Nights, weekends, and early mornings are possible shifts.

Qualifications

• Basic computer skills are required.
• Basic measuring skills are required to assist with framing jobs.
• Ability to operate framing equipment and glass cutter is required.

Responsibilities

• Adhere to SOPs and company policies.
• Build relationships with customers while creating framing solutions.
• Deliver sales and production results.
• Complete framing orders accurately and on time.
• Maintain and organize the frame shop and related areas.
• Provide friendly customer service and assist shoppers.
