Job summary

Michaels Stores in Sterling, VA seeks a Team Member to assist customers with framing solutions, process framing orders, and maintain a clean, well-merchandised shop. You will support store operations, operate the cash register, and help customers in person and via omnichannel channels.

Responsibilities include building relationships, providing great service, following SOPs, and contributing to a safe environment. Flexible shifts and physical duties are involved.

Qualifications

• ability to operate the framing equipment and glass cutter

Responsibilities

• Build relationships with customers and help them find framing solutions
• Complete framing orders with high quality and on time
• Maintain the ready-made frame department and other areas
• Operate cash register and handle cash to standards
• Support Omni channel processes and assist with store operations
• Participate in truck unload and stocking processes to meet deadlines
• Deliver friendly customer service and keep the store well merchandised and in stock
