Job summary

The Michaels Companies, Inc. is seeking a part-time Retail Framing Team Member for our Bangor, ME store. You will help customers create custom framing solutions, keep the shop clean and well-stocked, and assist with register transactions to ensure quick and friendly service.

You will follow SOPs, support omni-channel processes, unload trucks as needed, and deliver accurate framing orders with high quality. This role emphasizes customer relationships and a well-merchandised store environment.

Qualifications

• Basic computer skills required.
• Basic measuring skills required.
• Ability to operate framing equipment and glass cutter.

Responsibilities

• Adhere to SOPs and Company programs to ensure compliance.
• Deliver sales and production results; build custom framing solutions.
• Complete framing orders with a high degree of quality and on time.
• Maintain the ready-made frame department and other areas.
• Deliver friendly customer service and assist Omni channel processes.
• Operate cash register and handle cash to standards.
• Acknowledge customers and help locate products.
