Job summary

Michaels Stores in MOHEGAN LAKE, NY is seeking a team member to help customers with framing needs, stock and merchandise the store, and assist in omni-channel processes. You will learn to build custom framing solutions and ensure customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities include completing framing orders on time, operating the cash register, stocking shelves, and delivering excellent service in a climate-controlled, public retail environment. Prior retail experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• Basic computer skills and basic measuring skills.
• Ability to operate framing equipment and a glass cutter.

Responsibilities

• Adhere to SOPs and Company programs to ensure compliance to laws and requirements.
• Build relationships with customers while creating Custom Framing solutions and deliver sales and production results.
• Complete framing orders with high quality and on time.
• Maintain the ready-made frame department and other areas including stock replenishment.
• Deliver friendly customer service and help customers shop and find products.
